Golf Peper

This photo-montage is part of a major series of work on the subject of supermarkets. Here, the economic recession, which causes problems and sadness, is fought and defeated by imagination and art. The usual green peppers, placed on the supermarket vegetable counter, surprisingly hide secret architectural spaces, where just about anything a woman imagine can happen, even a golf game.

This work is part of a series of pictures on the subject of luxury, which were exhibited inside the “3D gallery” in Mestre (Venice), on the occasion of the
artist’s personal art exhibition which took place in 2010. It symbolizes a mark of flaunted femininity, a praise of luxury, recognized as a form of superior intelligence, exhibited and demonstrated by any female. The ability to get excited by and to be able to see the sparkle of a stone, even when it is fake, as well as the joy of being dressed in an exuberant and provocative way, testify that women are able to uncover unexpected aspects of life. In this work, the stereotype of “frivolous” woman is abandoned and the female race is considered as the epitome of intelligence as women are able to live and decide in a brighter and beautiful way. Women should not feel guilty for being “vain”, on the contrary, they should consider vanity as a naturalexpression of their femininity. In this photo, a huge Swarovski orchid blossom turns into a greedy mouth, which suggests the artist's desire to taste life to the full. The diferent facets of this jewel reflect the image of women's memories, desires and plans, basically anything a woman thinks or says while watching the sparkle of a
diamond.

In this picture, the artist wanders, as if she was lost, in a maze made of huge colorful glass columns, which are in reality glasses from Murano. In this picture, like it happens in Wonderland, it is hidden beyond the mirror a marvelous place where an adult can forever remain a child.

One day an Escort told me: "Having a Child is like having a tattoo of his name of your face, it's forever and you'll regret it"
